Nitin Shah

Nitin Shah is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with over 35 years of experience across operational and strategic accounting, financial planning, corporate governance, and business partnering.

He began his professional career with KPMG before joining The Gillette Company progressing to international positions, where he led local, regional and global finance transformation and reporting, financial planning, treasury and tax management, cross border integration and strategic initiatives including group wide finance training programs.

Throughout his career with The Gillette Company, he has held senior leadership roles across various global jurisdictions including Finance Director – Kenya, Strategic Projects Manager – Dubai, Tax and Treasury Manager – Russia, Group Finance Manager – Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and India (AMEE) and Group Finance, Accounting and Global Integration Projects Manager – European Group, based across the UK, Poland, the Netherlands, and the USA.

He currently leads his consultancy practice advising organizations on strategic project and process management, financial reporting , budget and cash flow management, variance analysis and compliance.
